IMPORTANT: READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
By purchasing, opening, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and Product Liability Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Product and return it immediately for a refund (subject to our standard return policy). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the company.
1. Product Description and Intended Use
The Product is a grip-enhancing spray designed exclusively for indoor athletes to improve grip on indoor surfaces during training and competition. It is formulated to be safe for incidental skin contact and does not stain or damage clothing, shoes, or athletic surfaces when used as directed.
2. Usage Instructions
For proper function and safety, the product must be used exactly as follows:
• Hold the bottle completely vertical (upright) at all times during spraying, with the sprayer nozzle positioned at the top of the bottle.
• Spray only onto the intended shoe sole from a distance of 6–12 inches.
• Allow the spray to dry for 10-20 seconds before use. You may move around as normal while the spray is drying.
Any deviation from these instructions constitutes misuse.
3. Safety Warnings and Prohibited Uses
• DO NOT INGEST. The Product is not food or drink.
• DO NOT spray near or allow contact with the mouth, eyes, nose, or face. Avoid inhalation of spray mist.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• The product is for external athletic use only. It is not a cosmetic, medication, or personal-care product.
The company expressly warns that misuse, including (but not limited to) ingestion, facial contact, improper spraying angle, use on unintended surfaces, or combination with other chemicals, may cause irritation or other adverse effects for which the company bears no responsibility.
4. Limited Representations
When used as directed:
• The product is safe for incidental skin contact.
• The product does not stain or damage clothing, shoes, or standard indoor athletic surfaces.
These statements are based on internal testing under controlled conditions. They do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of performance in every individual circumstance, especially if the product is misused.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
The Company does not warrant that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted in effect, or suitable for every user’s specific needs or environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
• Purchase or use of the product;
• Misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the Usage Instructions or Safety Warnings in Section 2 and 3;
• Any allergic reaction, irritation, property damage, personal injury, or other harm;
• Any claim that the product stained, damaged, or otherwise affected clothing, shoes, equipment, or surfaces.
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with use of the product, including risks from misuse. In no event shall the company’s total liability exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific bottle of the product that is the subject of the claim. This limitation applies even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use or misuse of the product;
• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Any allegation that your actions caused injury, property damage, or other harm to a third party.
This obligation survives termination of this Agreement or your use of the product.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or use of the product shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in these courts.
9. Miscellaneous
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
• Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the product and supersedes all prior understandings.
• Changes: The company may update this Agreement; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

BY PURCHASING, OPENING, OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL TERMS, INCLUDING THE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS THAT PROTECT THE COMPANY FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM MISUSE.
